  1. All though these Items are great replacements, I have discovered that eliminating all grains from my diet is best for me. I am insulin resistant, a step away from diabetes. The carbs, no matter how GF they are still turn to sugar in the body. Blood sugar spikes when all carbs are eaten. I have more energy and lost weight by eating raw whole fruits and veggies with lowest carbs.
